Return & Refund Policy

At Further North, we are committed to delivering premium-quality skincare and personal care products, and ensuring our customers have a seamless, trustworthy experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned - and that's why we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
1. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
2. The product was received in damaged condition.
3. The product received does not match the order placed.

For health and hygiene reasons, used or opened skincare/cosmetic items are strictly non-returnable.

How to Request a Return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@furthernorth.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will coordinate a return pickup via our delivery partner.

Please note: Return shipping fees (typically 40-60 EGP) may apply and will be deducted from your
refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, and your return is approved, we will process your
refund through one of the following methods:

Online Payment | Refund to original payment method

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of return approval

Exchanges

We offer free replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or expired item
- The product received is incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure customer safety and product integrity, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your order

Subscription Orders

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it will be considered
non-refundable.

Our Rights

Further North reserves the right to:
- Decline any return request that does not meet our conditions
- Request additional evidence (photos/videos) before approval
- Refuse service or future transactions to accounts engaging in return/refund abuse
