Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure reliable service across Egypt.

• Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.
• Alexandria & Major Cities: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Other Governorates: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days, depending on location.

vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or
holidays).

Delivery Issues

• If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
• If an order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it may be returned to us, and additional delivery fees may apply.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within Egypt. International shipping options will be announced soon.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
